Nancy J. Zangmeister RN, CRRN, CCM, CLCP, CPUR, CMSAA is a Registered Nurse and Certified Life Care Planner and Certified Medicare Set-aside Allocator with experience in Workers' Compensation Case Management, and hospital bill audits for Self-insured employers and Third Party Administrators. Nancy has written more than 30 life care plans for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and Self-insured employers. Nancy has experience as a staff nurse on a rehabilitation unit treating brain and spinal cord injury patients. Nancy is a member of the International Association of Life Care Planners, The Central Ohio Case Managers Network, The American Association of Spinal Cord Injury Nurses, The Association of Nurse Life Care Planners, and The American Association of Rehabilitation Nurses.

Delores Lashley RN, BSN, M.Ed., CCM, CDMS, CLCP is a Registered Nurse and Certified Life Care Planner with a Masters Degree in rehabilitation counseling. Delores has 13 years experience with the Ohio Industrial Commission Rehabilitation Division, and 11 years experience with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation as a Catastrophic Nurse Advocate. Delores is a member of the National Rehabilitation Association, The American Association of Spinal Cord Injury Nurses, and The International Association of Life Care Planners.

Life Care Planning is a method used to develop a an organized, concis, plan with associated costs of current and future needs for individuals who have experienced a catastrophic injury, or have chronic health care needs.
- TELEPHONIC AND FIELD MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT
We determine and utilize the best treatment and time-saving methods for recovery by planning, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the injured worker's treatment plan.
- CATASTROPHIC CASE MANAGEMENT PLANS
Required by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation as a method of case management to address the long-term needs of the catastrophically injured worker.
- MEDICARE SET-ASIDE COST PROJECTIONS
Required at the time of settlement of worker's compensation claim when the worker is a Medicare beneficiary. Also required with settlements over $250,000 when there is a reasonable expectation of Medicare entitlement within 30 months of settlement.
