Nancy J. Nancy has written more than 30 life care plans for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and Self-insured employers. Nancy has experience as a staff nurse on a rehabilitation unit treating brain and spinal cord injury patients. Delores Lashley RN, BSN, M.Ed., CCM, CDMS, CLCP is a Registered Nurse and Certified Life Care Planner with a Masters Degree in rehabilitation counseling. Delores has 13 years experience with the Ohio Industrial Commission Rehabilitation Division, and 11 years experience with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation as a Catastrophic Nurse Advocate.   Life Care Planning is a method used to develop a an organized, concis, plan with associated costs of current and future needs for individuals who have experienced a catastrophic injury, or have chronic health care needs.
• TELEPHONIC AND FIELD MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT
  We determine and utilize the best treatment and time-saving methods for recovery by planning, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the injured worker's treatment plan.
• CATASTROPHIC CASE MANAGEMENT PLANS
  Required by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation as a method of case management to address the long-term needs of the catastrophically injured worker.
• MEDICARE SET-ASIDE COST PROJECTIONS
  Required at the time of settlement of worker's compensation claim when the worker is a Medicare beneficiary. Also required with settlements over $250,000 when there is a reasonable expectation of Medicare entitlement within 30 months of settlement.
