Meet the 2017 AANLCP Executive Board





Denise W. Wrenn is a Louisiana-based Entrepreneur, and a Registered Nurse in both Louisiana and Texas. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from the University of Texas School of Nursing Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas and a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Ms. Wrenn is certified as a Legal Nurse Consultant, a Life Care Planner, Case Manager, Worker’s Compensation Professional, a Medicare Set-Aside Professional and a Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist. Denise has more than 25 years of professional experience including medical case management, legal nurse consulting, worker’s compensation administration, Medicare set-aside allocations, occupational health and safety,and work site wellness services.   





Lori Moore Dickson, MSN, RN, MSCC, CLCP, CNLCP®

 Lori is a Register Nurse with 30 years of experience. She holds a Masters in Nursing and is a certified nurse life care planner. Lori lives in Georgia and works with ExamWorks Clinical Services as the Director of Quality & Training.








Past President

As an experienced clinician, educator, and business professional, Patricia Rapson’s 35 year nursing career has been as diverse as it has been fulfilling. She holds multiple certifications, with specialty interests in both brain injury and attendant care litigation. As Owner and President of Patricia Covalle & Associates and Total LifeCare Consulting, Patricia offered services such as Case Management, Life Care Planning, and Medical Legal Review/Analysis. In 2010, she worked as Clinical Director for Gould & Lamb, LLC. In her current role with Care Bridge, Inc., Patricia develops multidimensional Life Care Plans, provides expert testimony, and prepares Medical Cost Projections and Medicare Set Aside Allocations. Patricia is also a speaker for local and national conferences and served as a Peer Reviewer and Chair of the AANLCP Journal Committee. In 2012, Patricia took a short sabbatical and pursued further education and licensure in Massage Therapy to define and develop her skills with myofascial and neuromuscular techniques. On her off days, she continues to provide these services to clients with functional limitations, pain, and chronic medical conditions. Other interests include gardening, cooking, and exploring the countryside on the back of a Harley. 




Beth is honored to serve on the AANLCP executive board, in the secretary position. With her diverse background, she has the potential to bring her unparalleled experience of over 35 years as a Registered Nurse, while continuing to grow with the association. She plans to work with the board to continue to advance the association for all members on professional and personals levels.











Cynthia Towne, BSN, RN-BC, CCM, CNLCP

Cynthia Towne has been a Registered Nurse for 34 years. Her 15 year clinical nursing experience includes orthopedics, neurology, family clinic, medical/surgical, and 8 years in the Intensive Care Unit. She has been a Certified Case Manager since 1999 and a Certified Nurse Life Care Planner since 2008. In 2008, Cynthia established CT Medical Consulting, a nurse consultant business providing case management, worker's compensation case management and catastrophic case management, life care planning, medical cost projections, medical record audit and analysis and more. Cynthia is a past board member and active member of Rehabilitation Nurses Insurance Group (RING) and the Arizona Chapter of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA-AZ). She is an active member of the Arizona Worker's Compensation Community Association (AWCCA), Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona (BIAAZ), and the Arizona Geriatrics Society (AzGS).
