Craig Felty has more than 30 years of patient care and healthcare experience at the levels of Manager, Director, and Executive. His clinical career began as an Emergency Room RN and has held other roles as Flight Nurse, Critical Care Transport RN, and Pediatric ICU RN.

Craig has held numerous certifications as a provider and for clinical instruction in his field. He has also been a presenter of various clinical and management topics on a national level. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a healthcare focus from Western Governors University and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University. Craig is Board Certified in Healthcare Administration and is also FIG Life Care Planning -Certified and FIG Medical Cost Projections -Certified.

Craig is currently an independent Healthcare Consultant, Expert Witness, and Life Care Planner and hails from New Palestine, Indiana.

Jessica Urie, RN, BSN, CLCP, LCP-C, CNLCP is a registered nurse with over 20 years of nursing expertise. Jessica’s experience includes emergency/trauma medicine, clinical trials, endpoint adjudication, case management, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and education.  Jessica has also been published for her work in the area of CardioVascular research.  Jessica began her career in Life Care Planning in 2019.  She is the founder and owner of JHU Consulting LLC.

Jessica was a member of the AANLCP Journal of Life Care Planning editorial board and the AANCLP Conference Committee.  Jessica also served as the 2022 AANCLP Conference Committee Chair and the 2023 AANLCP Conference Committee Co-Chair. In 2022, Jessica was honored with the AANLCP Ambassador Award for her work on the AANLCP Conference.

Kelly Ehrhardt BSN, RN, CLCP, FIG LCP-C is a Baccalaureate prepared Registered Nurse licensed in both California and Oregon. Kelly’s healthcare background includes medical surgical nursing, where she led as a charge nurse, emergency/trauma, and progressive care unit (PCU). Kelly also has experience in the legal field prior to cultivating a profession in healthcare, where she was a legal assistant to Attorneys for 8 years. She has been a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) for five years and a Nurse Case Manager for six years and has experience in brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injury, and chronic pain for all ages. She has a special interest in brain injury.

She is the Founder, Owner, and Principal Nurse Life Care Planner of KLE Nurse Consultants, LLC, where she directs, oversees, and provides expert witness and consulting services in the areas of Nurse Life Care Planning, Medical Bill Review, and Medical Cost Projections. She has been a member of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners (AANLCP) for five years and was active on the conference committee in 2020.

Kimberly has over 19 years of licensed nursing experience, with five years in Neonatal Intensive Care and eight years of Life Care Planning/Medical Cost Projection experience. Kimberly holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Nursing and Biology. 

She holds the Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP), FIG Life Care Planning – Certified (FIG LCP-C), Certified Nurse Life Care Planner (CNLCP®), and FIG Medical Cost Projection – Certified (FIG MCP-C) certifications. Kimberly is an active member of the AANLCP Research Committee.

Kimberly has life care planning experience of all ages in brain injury, burns, amputations, spinal cord injury, and chronic pain. She has a particular interest in pediatric life care plans as early as newborns. She is the founder and owner of Reen Consulting, LLC.

Caroline Williams, MS, PhD, LCP-C holds a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry, a Master of Science in molecular biology, and a PhD in biomedical sciences with a focus on virology. She transitioned from clinical research to life care planning in 2021 and has experience developing life care plans for both pediatric and adult individuals with catastrophic injuries including.

Caroline is an active member and acting statistician with the AANLCP Research Committee, as well as a member of the AANLCP Outreach Committee.
