Eligibility

• Must be an active member of AANLCP for at least two years
• Promotes the role of nurse life care planning
• Support the association regularly and consistently

Selection Criteria

• Promotes the role of nurse life care planning
• Contributes to the profession and the mission of AANLCP
• Consistently seeks knowledge to advance the profession of Nurse Life Care Planning
• Provides leadership within the association
• Educates/shares knowledge during the annual conference

Review of Nominations

• Nominations are reviewed at an Executive Board meeting. The award winner is determined by a majority vote of the Executive Board.

Award Presentation

• The Dedication Award will be announced at the AANLCP Annual Educational Conference
• The recipient will receive recognition at the AANLCP Annual Educational Conference
• The award winner will receive an award made from crystal

Terms

• The annual nomination deadline is February 1
• Nominations are to be submitted online through the AANLCP website
• The Dedication Award does not need to be awarded each year
